In what could easily be taken as another early 2016 salvo, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is Granite State-bound to keynote the New Hampshire Republican Party’s first-ever Liberty Dinner.
The event is set to be held on May 20th, with tickets at a going rate of $100 and available at NHGOP.org.
Joining Kentucky’s freshman senator as a slated speaker is RNC head Reince Preibus.
“Senator Rand Paul has been a leader in the fight for smaller government, lower taxes and fiscal responsibility in Washington. He has taken a strong and principled stand against intrusive government and fought to preserve our constitutional liberties and personal freedoms. I am honored that Senator Paul has agreed to address our party and I look forward to welcoming him to the Granite State,” stated NHGOP Chairman Jennifer Horn via press release.
Paul is widely considered to be a likely 2016 contender for the Republican presidential nomination.
