4RG PAC releases web video targeting Maggie Hassan

A GOP-oriented Political Action Committee (PAC) formed by Granite State Republican operative Andrew Hemingway has released a web video targeting Democratic gubernatorial candidate Maggie Hassan ahead of her event with former President Bill Clinton today. Hassan is facing off against fellow former State Senator Jackie Cilley in the September primary.

The video contains footage from a recent Hassan event, where in response to an attendee suggesting the best way to beat Republicans in November was “with a bat,” the candidate said “that’s a good answer.” It then juxtaposes that footage with clips of Republican candidates Ovide Lamontagne and Kevin Smith discussing policy issues.

Hemingway’s PAC, called ‘4RG’ – which stands for ‘For a Republican Governor’ has been active since mid-May raising money and implementing voter identification, research, and communication activities aimed at getting a Republican in the Corner Office. The group is not taking sides in the primary race between Lamontagne and Smith, who are both seen in a positive light in the video.

Is is wrong to swing a bat at moon-bats to keep them from infesting the house under the gilded dome?  Or are butterfly nets sufficient?

Early, and often.  Nothin’ like a good vinegar swapping to clean house.
